DTI: Detailed Technical Inspection
$100
Fully disassembling, Inspecting, measuring, and verifying functionality on all components of the firearm. This involves checking on parts and system functions that may not be the cause of the current malfunction.
Pin/Weld Muzzle Devices
$100 and up
Installing and welding in place a muzzle devices to ensure NFA compliance. Ranges from removal of old device, and installing new device, threading muzzles, drilling pin holes and more.
Stock Work/Repair
Shop Labor Rate
Crack repairs, refinishing, bedding, fitting, recoil pads, inletting actions, and major repairs.
Deep Cleaning
$85-150
Fully disassembling, Inspecting, measuring, and verifying functionality on all components of the firearm. Then ultrasonic degreasing, scrubbing, de-rusting internal components. This involves checking on parts and system functions that may not be the cause of a current malfunction. Finally fully reassemble with function check.
Scope/Optic Installation
$50 and up
Installing scope or optic bases, rings/plates properly leveling, torquing and thread locking optics in place and boresighting them to 30 yards.
Advanced Parts Fitting
Shop Labor Rate
This is for fitting of parts that are not able to “Drop-In” for timing, or safety reasons. 1911’s, and most wheel/lever/pump/bolt guns, and designs from before 1990
Trigger Job
$100 and Up
Adjusting Stock OEM Triggers.
Swapping in Aftermarket Trigger Parts.
Changing out with Aftermarket Trigger Kits.
Basic Parts Replacement
$50 and up
Simple replacement of OEM parts with drop in aftermarket parts. Where no permanent modification is required. AR-15, Glock, and AK series triggers fall into this category and not under “Trigger Jobs” as they often have no major modification or fitting of parts required.
Spring Fabrication
Shop Labor Rate
Involves forming and forging the spring to match the shape of the original, and the heat treating process to ensure it will last.
